Any item bought in person or on the internet needs to be returned by Monday 12noon after the auction if the purchaser is unhappy with the lot . a refund is not guaranteed..

If you have not asked for a condition report no refund will be given !!
Items not paid for after the Wednesday after the Auction by 4pm ( will be presumed the buyer no longer wants  the item and may be sold to another bidder.
Any item not collected by the Friday after the Auction is the buyers responsibility and Summersgills are not liable for loss or claims .


Auction Centre Directions 

From York

Go out of York on the A19 to Thirsk, pass Skelton, Shipton continue past Tollerton crossroads unto Shires Bridge Industrial 

estate and at the roundabout turn RIGHT to Easingwold for a 1/2 mile turn left into Roxby House Estate.

From Thirsk

Head towards York along the A19 past Sowerby and Raskelf going past the first turning for Easingwold

 and along to the the roundabout. Turn left go for about 1/2 mile Roxby House Estate is on your left.
